- Workmanship on every chimney sweep, repair, and rebuild. Our technicians are background-checked, uniformed, and trained to complete most jobs in a single visit. If something we installed or repaired doesn’t hold up through normal use within 90 days, we return and fix it at no charge.
- Professional-grade parts and materials only. We work exclusively with DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield. No builder-grade substitutes, no corner-cutting. If a part fails because of a defect we should have caught, we replace it.
- Your home left as clean as we found it. Chimney work makes soot. We bring drop cloths, HEPA vacuums, and the discipline to use them. If we track something through your living room in San Marco or drop mortar on your driveway in Mandarin, we clean it before we leave.
- On-time arrival, or we tell you exactly why. We’ll be there when we say. Jacksonville traffic on I-295 or a sudden summer thunderstorm can throw anyone off schedule. If we’re running late, a live person calls you - not a text, not an app notification - to give you a real ETA and the option to reschedule.
